Policies for portrait sessions:
- Your session begins at the agreed upon time. If you are running late, we will still finish at the same time regardless of start time due to client tardiness. Example: 6:00 start time, 30 minute session. The session will end at 6:30 even if client arrives to the location at 6:08. (While I have not been late to a session, if that happens I will offer a discounted session as well as the adjustment in time to the full amount of minutes you booked.)
- At least 24 hours of notice is required to move or cancel your session. If you would like to move your session with less than 24 hours of notice, the deposit will be kept as payment for a late cancellation, and a new deposit will be required for the edited session date. If weather is going to be an issue, I will offer to change the session as soon as possible, with no charge added to client.
- Sessions will end at the agreed upon time. If additional time is desired and I am available, I am happy to extend your session! You will receive a 3-5 minute warning for any last photos to be captured, and I will let you know when the session is over. Please let me know if you would like to continue for an additional 10+ minutes and we can discuss pricing.
- Sessions are not booked until you have paid the deposit.
- Please decide your location no later than 1 week prior to your session.
- Travel within 20 miles of my home is included in your session. If the location you would like to meet at is further than 20 miles, a travel fee will be discussed and added prior to booking your session.
